Sprouting improves the nutritional content of your food, while also making it more easily digestible. Learn how to sprout all your seeds, legumes and nuts for at home use.

During this workshop, we will learn how to sprout a variety of different items, including broccoli seeds, radish seeds, black beans, sunflower seeds, almonds, and wheatgrass. We will learn a variety of different methods to sprout and how to plan your meals to incorporate sprouted ingredients. We will cover the science and nutritional benefits of sprouting in a hands-on and informational workshop. Enjoy plant-based meals during your time here that showcase sprouted foods in a variety of different ways. Learn these easy and affordable techniques to improve the nutritional content of your food!

Standard tuition includes onsite camping, use of our sauna, hot tub, and swimming pool and organic meals lovingly prepared by our culinary arts department.
